How explanations are prepared

Drafts begin with a direct answer, an original example, and relevant primary sources. AI-assisted copy remains visibly marked as draft until a real reviewer checks its facts, terminology, calculations, limitations, and links.

Review and publication dates represent actual work. They are never generated from the build date. Substantive corrections require another review.
